Doesn't take much effort to copy and paste to post an answer for a fan and potential customer. No big deal that the fan page already answered someone. I'm imagining someone calling in to customer service, asking a question, then being told, "Here's the number of someone who asked the same question. I just answered them. Why don't you give them a call to find out what I told them!" :o) I've actually scrolled W-A-Y down my wall to copy and paste an answer for someone new. Chances are there are A LOT of people who never saw the initial question or my answer. Have a GREAT day! So, so true, Rich!
